XO CONDOS COMING SOON NEAR LIBERTY VILLAGE
XO Condos is a new mixed-use residential condominium development by Lifetime Developments coming soon to where Parkdale meets Liberty Village in Toronto, Ontario. Currently in pre-construction at 1182 King Street West and 1221 King Street West, it consists of two proposed buildings of 14 and 19 storeys with grade level retail. XO will have around 700 proposed units and is designed by CORE Architects Inc.

XO Condominiums can also be found on the border of the Parkdale community. This is "one of the most diverse demographics of any Toronto neighbourhood". XO Condos is situated near accessible public transportation and the Gardiner Expressway is also located nearby. This development site has a walk score of 93 and a transit score of 97. It is also located within minutes to the Canadian National Exhibition, the Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament, Ontario Place, the Ricoh Coliseum, the Fort York National Historic Site and the Toronto Islands. The 400 acres High Park which is a "mixed recreational and natural park, with sporting facilities, cultural facilities, educational facilities, gardens, playgrounds and a zoo" is also located a short drive away.
